The start of my favorite time of year!!

This week football season started for my brother and sister. It was a scrimmage game between three different schools in their conference. It was really exciting to see my brother, Justin, play. He is a wide receiver for the junior high football team. I think he got like 20 yards in the 15 minute game. I cant wait to see him play this year! Kelsey also cheered for the high school team. I can. not. believe that she is a senior in high school this year!! Me and Kelsey have become so much closer this past year and I am going to be so sad when she goes off to college!

This is Justin's team

Parker is going to LOVE football season! He loves to be outside and He loves all the cheering. When people start cheering for the team he drops what he is doing and just starts yelling "yeah"!! and clapping.

And.....he loved all the attention from all of the cheerleaders!!!

This year's football season is going to be so fun. Parker is going to enjoy going to the games every week. The weather is soooo beautiful and our days and night are going to be filled with playing outside!! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Diaper Wreath

Last weekend for Diane's baby shower I made a diaper wreath to be decoration for the front door as people came inside. I spent alot of time on it and I just think it turned out really cute! It was my first time to do anything like this. I hope I get to make more and perfect my diaper wreath making abilities. Who knows, maybe I can even try to make a diaper cake!!

I put lots of fun and cute baby items on it. There are lots of little bows, CUTE Razorback socks and onsie, pacifier holder, rattle, bib, little pink shoes and other items. The "M" in the middle is for Mallory. Isnt that a cute name for Diane's little girl?!!
If anyone is interested in a diaper wreath, just let me know. I can make it with just ribbon and no baby items......There are a million options!

Catching up...I have been a slacker!!

So....it has been a while since I have posted, but I am back...I promise!! I started nurse practitioner school (masters in nursing) last week. WOW! It has been a while since I have been in school and it is taking me a little while to remember how to...well....be a student! I think I am pretty much organized and ready to go. I am taking three classes: Advanced Pathophysiology, Introduction into Practice, and Research Methodology. I was overwhelmed last week when I learned of all that is required of me, but I am figuring it all out. Please pray for me, it is hard to be a full time student, mommy, nurse, and working full time at my dad's office.

Last weekend I I had a baby shower for my bestest friend, Diane.

Here is Diane and the hostesses (Ashley, Brittani, and me).

Here is the food table.

Here are the yummy cupcakes from my favorite place (cupckes on kavanaugh)!!!

I had these blocks made for Mallory. Elaine at design etc made these awesome custom wooden blocks. I sent her pictures of her bedding and the nursery and asked he to do whatever she thought would look good. They turned out beautiful and match her nursery perfectly! One side of the blocks spell Mallory, the other side has the "ABCs", another side has "123s" and the other side said "I love u". They are just so sweet!
My brother and sister just started school. Justin started 9th grade and Kelsey is a senior! Last week we went to meet the Eagles because Kelsey is a cheerleader and Justin is playing football.

Parker loved the band!

Here is the junior footbal team....Justin is #11.

Parker is cheering for Kelsey and Justin!!

Clapping with the music. I found this Eagles shirt at Walmart and it matches their schools t-shirts and colorse perfectly.

Here is Kelsey cheering.

This past weekend it has been the perfect weather!! The highest temperature was in the 80s and Parker played outside ALL weekend. I hope everyone has a great week and I promise I will post more often!

Lexi and Sydney

Last night Dennis and I went to see the sweetest little twins in the world!!
Dennis' friend from high school, Dustin, and his wife, Amy, just had twins!! They are about 6 weeks old and are just beautiful! Amy had rocky pregnancy, to say the least. The twins were diagnosed with twin to twin transfusion syndrome at about 17 weeks. That is also when Amy was put on bedrest. After countless trips and stays in the hospital, 5 amnio-reductions, and so much more these two amazing miracles were born! TTTTS doesnt always have such a happy ending....God is so good!!

Amy and Dustin are the sweetest couple and I am so proud of them! Please say a prayer for this family....twins are hard work!!

Keith Urban and Sugarland

Last week Dennis' parents were so sweet and came over to our house to keep Parker. I think they were probably in the car headed to our house before we could even finish asking them! They love him so much!
The reason they kept him was so that Dennis and I could go to the Keith Urban/Sugarland concert!! We dont usually go to concerts but we LOVE Sugarland. It was a nice night out. We went to eat at Bonefish before the concert, I had never eaten there...it is wonderful!!
Here are a few pics from the show....

Here is a very bad picture of Dennis and I at the concert.

Our Weekend--baby shower and playtime pizza

This weekend I went to my friend Emily's baby shower. We went to highschool together and she is just the sweetest girl! She is having a baby girl....Lily! Emily is due one month before my best friend Diane. This is me and the two pregnant girls...

Here is all of the hostesses. The shower was at Wendy's house. She has such a beautiful house!! It is just so perfectly decorated. I dont know how she does it with two girls under the age of two!!
On Sunday it was rainy and yucky outside so we decided to go to Playtime Pizza with Stephen, Sarah, and Sydney. We had never been there before. It is HUGE!
Here is Sydney and Parker playing on the sky ball game.

Parker liked to throw the balls out into the room instead of at the game!
There was an area for little kids. Parker was OBSESSED with this car! It was free and always moved. He wouldnt let any other kids ride it!

Parker and Daddy playing a race car game

Anyways, we had a pretty good weekend. Hope everyone has a great rest of the week!
